Fiona Hall, Chief Observer (United Kingdom)
Fiona Hall has been a member of the European Parliament since 2004 and currently heads the delegation of UK Liberal Democrat MEPs.
In the European Parliament, Fiona is a member of the Industry Research and Energy and Development Committees and the Election Co-ordination Group. She has participated in four electoral observation missions; in Ethiopia, DRC, Haiti and Angola and was Chief Observer heading the EU-EOM in Togo in 2007. |

Fiona graduated in Modern Languages at Oxford University. After qualifying as a teacher, she taught in Botswana for two years. On her return to England, Fiona chaired an environmental organization and later worked as a researcher for the British Liberal Democrat Members of Parliament.
